PT Asuransi Jiwa InHealth Indonesia - InHealth or later known as Mandiri Inhealth is a fast growing and reputable health insurance providers in Indonesia. The Company is an health insurance subsidiary company of state-owned lender PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. At present, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk holds 60% shares in this company. Other remaining shares in Mandiri Inhealth was owned by PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk, PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) and BPJS Kesehatan, respectively with share ownership of 10%, 10% and 20%.
