Mega Management Development Program (MMDP)
Requirements
Minimum education of a Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2).
Minimum GPA of 3.00 (S1) or 3.25 (S2).
Maximum age of 27 years old.
Have a good leadership skill and involved actively in organizational activities.
Strong in the analysis and good problem solving skill.
Demonstrated good command in English, both verbal and written
Willing to join 1 year of MMDP education program and the period of official bond.
Teller Training Program (TTP)
Requirements
Minimum education of a Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
Maximum age of 25 years old.
Preferably Female, minimum height of 160 cm.
Good looking.
Willing to join TTP education program and the period of official bond.
Operation Manager Development Program (OMDP)
Requirements
Minimum education of a Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
Education background from Economic majors (Management, Accounting).
Maximum age of 28 years old.
Minimum 2 years of banking experience (not in sales or marketing area).
Willing to join OMDP education program and the period of official bond.
