PT Graha Sarana Duta - GSD or more popularly called Telkom Property is a strategic-subsidiary company of state-owned telecommunication giant PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (Telkom Group). As of December 2013, Telkom Group owns a 99.99% shares in this Company. Telkom Property performing business in the field property management services including property planning & investment, project management and property services. Telkom Property is based in Jakarta and now has 4 area offices, namely Area I Sumatera located in Medan, Area II Jabodetabek in Jakarta, Area III Java in Bandung, and Area IV Pamasuka Bali in Makassar. Telkom Property also supported by 2 subsidiaries, namely PT Telkom Landmark Tower and PT Graha Yasa Selaras. In term of financial performance, Telkom Property booked total assets of Rp 1,574 billion at the end of 2013. This reflected an 153.05% increase from Rp 622 billion in 2012. Requirements

• Minimum education
• D3/Polytechnic in Mechanical Engineering Energy Conversion / Electrical Engineering (strong currents) / Electronics Engineering (weak currents) / Refrigeration and air conditioning Engineering
• S1 majoring in Mechanical Engineering Energy Conversion / Electrical Engineering (strong currents) / Electronics Engineering (weak currents).
• Fresh graduate or experienced (0 - 3 years).
• Has sufficient knowledge and technical capabilities.
• Male/Female, maximum age of 30 years old.
• Intelligent, hardworking, able to work without supervision, adult.
• Independent, disciplined, honest, diligent, clean, communicative, able to operate a computer, be willing to work shifts and / or outside of normal working time.
• Willing to travel out of town.
