PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) - SMF or later known as as SMF Indonesia is the Secondary Mortgage Corporation of Indonesia. SMF Indonesia is a state-owned company and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of Finance. SMF Indonesia was established in 2005 with main duties to promote and develop Indonesian secondary mortgage markets through providing secondary mortgage finance. SMF Indonesia is domiciled in Jakarta and its main office is registered at Grha SMF - Jl Panglima Polim I No 1 Melawai, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta 12160. The financial performance of SMF Indonesia in 2013 showed a good improvement. According to SMF Indonesia Annual Report 2013 as cited by BursaKerja.top, SMF Indonesia successfully recorded a total asset of Rp 7,477 billion in 2013, with a noticeable increase of 21.02% from Rp 6,178 billion in 2012

Requirements
- Have a Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Have experience of dealing with office building project.
- Strong knowledge and good understanding about civil planning, architecture, interior, landscape and mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field.
- Having the ability to plan, accurate and disciplined.
- Status : Contract Employee.
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Communication or Journalism.
- Experienced in the field of broadcasting/mass media, both print or electronics.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, communicative, able to work in a team and disciplined.
Requirements
- Undergraduate students (S1) in last semester (minimum semester 7) or Fresh Graduate.
- From the faculty of Economics/Business/Statistics/Mathematics.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 on 4.00 grade scale.
- Willing to undergo a period of apprenticeship for at least 3 months
