The history of ITC began in 2003 when 3 state-owned trading company PT Dharma Niaga (Persero), PT Tjipta Niaga (Persero), and PT Pantja Niaga (Persero) were amalgamated into PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (Persero). ITC is based in Jakarta and now has 34 branch offices throughout Indonesia. The Company also supported by 3 subsidiaries/affiliates, namely PT Dharma Niaga Putra Steel, PT Trisari Veem, and PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia. In terms of financial performance, ITC's total revenue reported 50.26% down, from Rp 2,985 billion in 2012 to Rp 1,484 billion in 2013.
