Requirements

• Not older than 40 years;
• Minimum education of a bachelor degree (S1);
• Have a banking training certificate;
• Have a BSMR Level II certificate;
• At least 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager;
• At least 8 years of banking experience, with at least 5 years in the field of finance including retail / medium and corporations;
• Have an understanding of banking market in East Java and Jakarta;
• Able to explain the economic potential and business profile potential and favorable for the bank's development;
• Able to perform credit analysis comprehensive and sharply;
• Able to work under pressure and result oriented;
• Computer literate, minimum familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Willing to resign if can not meet the targets set within a specified time.
