Requirements

• Minimum education of Bachelor Degree (S1) from a leading university.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in organizational development and as a trainer.
• Male/Female, maximum age of 30 years old before 1 August 2014 with excellent health.
• Preferable has HR professional degree (CHRP).
• Have strong knowledge in the field of general insurance business industry.
• Excellent as a team worker, and in partnership with other organizations.
• Fast-learner, strong analytical thinking, and good interpersonal skill.
• Excellent with Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
