PT Pelindo Marine Service - PT PMS is a reputable marine services company in Indonesia. The Company is based in Surabaya East Java and having business core in the field of marine services, including shipping, pilotage, tug assist, towage, various ship provider, ship facilities, marine logistic, crewing, and other marine services. The Company is a marine services subsidiary of state-owned ports services operator PT Pelabuhan Indonesia 3 (Persero) or Pelindo 3. As of December 2013, Pelindo 3 owned 96.28% shares in this company, while the remaining 3.72% shares was owned by Koperasi Pegawai Pelindo 3 (Kopelindo 3). PT Pelindo Marine Service was established in 2011 as a spin off results of Shipping Units in Pelindo 3 and commenced its commercial operations in 2012. PT PMS has 2 shipyards, namely Shipyard Surabaya and Shipyard Semarang.

Requirements
- Have a minimum diploma sea and ATT-IV and ANT-IV.
- Minimum age of 21 years and maximum age of 45 years old.
- Have certificates skills in the field of BST, SCRB, AFF, MEFA, GMDSS and ORU.
- At least 3 years sailing experience and preferably have worked and can operate the tug boat.
- Have a valid sailors books.
