Originally registered as a state research institution National Electronics Institute - Indonesian Institute of Science (LEN - LIPI) in 1965. The name of PT LEN Industri (Persero) officially established in 7 October 1991. At the time, LEN engaged in 6 major business, comprise of defense electronics, renewable energy, control systems, navigation systems, telecommunicaton and rail transport. PT LEN Industri (Persero) supported by 3 subsidiaries, namely PT Eltran Indonesia, PT Len Railway Systems, and PT Surya Energi Indotama. In 2013, LEN’s total sales revenue reported 11.84% down, from Rp2,334 billion in 2012 to Rp 2,058 billion, while Company’s net profit growth by 7.15% to Rp 71.48 billion from Rp 66.71 billion. Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI) with physically and mentally healthy. 
• Minimum requirement of Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management.
• Able to perform analysis on financial statements.
• Able to create reports in the form of narrative, tables, images, graphs, etc.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
• Interested in the field of strategic planning with adequate support courses.
• Have a high creativity, integrity and critical analyst personally.
• Independent and have a passion to work hard and never give up.
• Demonstrated good command in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and familiar with computer (Windows, MS Office);
• Not having a husband / wife who works as an employee or prospective employee of PT Len Industri (Persero).
• Willing to sign a statement the company.
• Willing to be placed throughout the project location of PT Len Industri (Persero).
