PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk - WOMFinance is a reputable consumer financing company in Indonesia with main focus on automotive financing for new and used motorcycles particularly for new Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki. The Company was founded in 1982 and originally registered as PT Jakarta Tokyo Leasing. The name of PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk was launched in 2000. WOM Finance is a member of publicly-listed bank PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk (BII-Maybank). As of December 2013, BII-Maybank owned 62% shares in WOM Finance, while the remaining was owned by PT Wahana Makmur Sejati (16.37%), DBS Nominees Pte Ltd (5%), and public (16.63%). As of the end of 2013, the number of branches of WOM Finance amounted to 195 office networks spread in all over Indonesia. PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk successfully recorded a total profit before tax of Rp 89 billion, with a noticable increase of 220% from Rp 28 billion in 2012. Management Trainee

Requirements:

• Male/Female with maximum age of 25 years old.
• An Undergraduate Degree (S1) or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree (S2) from all majors rom a reputable local and/or overseas university.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Fresh graduates or maximum 1 year or working experience.
• Highly driven and motivated to build a quality career with an established financing company.
• Has excellent analytical & problem solving skills.
• Has initiative, team-working abilities, excellent communication skill and leadership potensial.
• Willing to travel and ready for assignment all around Indonesia.
• Willing to join training progam in WOM Finance - Head Office (Jakarta).
