PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) - PTSI is Jakarta based state-run inspection services with main business in providing inspection services to its customers, including survey, assessment, appraisal, inspection, auditing, monitoring and also consulting services. PTSI was founded in 1991 based on under a notarial deed No 154 dated 29 July 1991 of Muhami Salim SH. To support its business activities, PTSI - which is based in Jakarta - has 12 branch offices across the country, located in Banda Aceh, Batam, Medan, Padang, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Semarang, Surabaya, and Jakarta, Banjarbaru, Balikpapan, and Makassar. As of December 2012, the Government of Indonesia owned 85.12% shares in this company, while the remaining 10.40% was owned by Societe Generale de Surveillance SA and 4.48% by PT Sucofindo (Persero) (4.48%). The financial performance of PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) in 2012 showed a good improvement. Total revenue went up by 34.64% from Rp 591.1 billion in 2011 to Rp795.9 billion in 2012.
