The Company was established in 1948 as a Dutch company under the name of N.V. Job & Sprey. In 1958, N.V. Job & Sprey transformed into a state-owned company under the name of PN Yodya Karya. PT Yodya Karya (Persero) officially launched in 1972. At present, YOKA supported by 5 regional offices, namely regional office I Semarang, regional office II Makassar, regional office III Jakarta, regional office IV Pekanbaru, and regional office V Palembang. YOKA also operates 5 branch offices, situated at Surabaya, Bandung, Samarinda, Gorontalo, and Kendari.
