PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) - PTSI is Jakarta based inspection company which is majority owned by the Government of Indonesia. By the end of 2012, the Government of Indonesia controlling 85.12% share ownership in PTSI. Other PTSI's minority shareholders are Societe Generale de Surveillance SA (10.40%), and PT Sucofindo (Persero) (4.48%). The Company was founded in 1991 and having more than 22 years of experience in providing a full range of inspections services, including survey, assessment, appraisal, inspection, auditing, monitoring and also consulting services. To supports its business activities, PTSI operates 12 branches throughout Indonesia, located in Banda Aceh, Batam, Medan, Padang, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Semarang, Surabaya, and Jakarta, Banjarbaru, Balikpapan, and Makassar. PTSI generated total net profit in 2012 of Rp 73.38 billion, climbed 27.22 percent from Rp57.68 billion in 2011. This was stated by PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) in its 2012 financial statements.
